We are looking for the following positions, some immediatly some at a later stage.
- Social Media Manager: A skilled social media manager contributes to maintaining a positive online presence and achieving organizational goals through effective digital strategies.
- Event manager: An event manager is primarily responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events or gatherings. This role involves coordinating logistical details, managing timelines, liaising with vendors, and ensuring a smooth event experience for attendees.
- Hospitality manager: This position involves managing various aspects such as accommodations, bookings, dining, entertainment, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Food and beverage manager: The food and beverage manager plays a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for guests and members by coordinating with culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional food and service while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency.
- Maintenance Manager: This role involves overseeing maintenance operations, managing a team of technicians, and developing preventative maintenance programs. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintaining equipment, addressing repair needs promptly, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Community Manager: This role involves engaging with community members, responding to inquiries, and facilitating discussions. A Community Manager is responsible for building a positive and interactive community atmosphere, implementing strategies to enhance engagement, and addressing concerns or feedback. They act as a bridge between the community and the organization, ensuring that the community’s needs and expectations align with the goals of the entity they represent.
Generally, any skilled and experienced craftsmen/women are more than welcome. There is a lot of work in our permaculture project and in the various construction programs for the next five to ten years.
