1. Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: You may withdraw up to 2 months (60 days) before the seminar to receive a full refund.
- 50% Refund: You may withdraw up to 1 month (30 days) before the seminar to receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: You are not eligible to receive a refund if you withdraw less than 30 days before the seminar and must pay the full seminar fee.
- Exclusions: The retreat fee does not include optional accommodation, meals, or transportation, which are to be paid separately.
2. Required On-Site Documentation
To participate in our in-person retreats at Agape Community Crete, all guests are required to review and sign the following documents before the event:
- Guest Agreement & Liability Waiver: This document outlines our property safety rules, fire policies, and standard liability releases.
- Media & Commercial Release Form: This form allows you to choose your level of privacy regarding any filming or photography used for our promotional materials or Digital Library.
Please Note: If you are traveling as a couple or group, each individual guest must sign their own separate agreements.
- Consent for these documents is a requirement for participation in the seminar.
