Registration for Medicine Buddha retreat

I hereby confirm that read and agree to the payment and cancellation terms and conditions.

I will pay 50% of the participation fee to reserve my spot and will pay the remaining 50% latest up to 1 month before the seminar

I can withdraw up to 2 months (60 days) before the seminar and receive a full refund. Afterward, I can withdraw up to 1 month (30 days) before the seminar and receive a 50% refund. I am not eligible to receive a refund if I withdraw less than 30 days days before the seminar and must pay the full seminar fee. 

I understand that the retreat fee does not include optional accomodation, meals or transportation which are to be paid separately.
