Meet Arnaud Philibert
Arnaud Philibert is a senior yoga and meditation teacher known for his direct and humorous teaching style.
From an early age, Arnaud was passionate about history and spirituality. His journey led him to walk the Camino de Santiago in Spain and explore sacred sites across Europe and Asia. After an intense period of sadhana in Tantra Yoga and Vajrayana (Tibetan Buddhism), he encountered Sahajananda in 2007 and began attending Hridaya Silent Meditation Retreats.
Arnaud’s teachings are rooted in years of experience, offering a blend of profound insight and lighthearted connection.
