Role: The Voice / The Echo of the Magic
Commitment: 6 Hours/Day (Includes “Content Sprints” during events).
The Mission: To bridge the Agape Crete experience with the global community. You are a hybrid: part Documentarian and part Growth Strategist. Your goal is to fill our seminars and retreats by finding our tribe through a blend of soulful organic storytelling and high-precision paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organic Documentation & Soulful Outreach (The “Heart”):
- Daily Documentation: Capture the quiet, authentic magic of the land—singing circles, morning yoga, community beach trips, and the “authentic struggle” of building a farm.
- The Agape Dispatch: Write the weekly newsletter, sharing long-form, vulnerable updates that build deep, lasting trust with our readers.
- Strategic Community Engagement: Find and connect with our tribe in niche Facebook groups and forums. You don’t “spam”; you participate and share the Agape journey where it’s most relevant.
- Performance Marketing (The “Structure”):
- Paid Meta Campaigns: Use Facebook and Instagram ads to put our message in front of the right people. You manage the budget and optimize for quality leads and bookings.
- Retreat Portal Management: Maintain our presence on platforms like BookRetreats and RetreatGuru, ensuring our listings are beautiful, accurate, and high-converting.
- Ethics & Privacy:
- Privacy Stewardship: You are the final wall of protection for the community. You rigorously audit all photos and videos against the “Media Opt-out” list before anything is published.
Living in Community (Residency Requirement):
- Presence: This is a full-time residential role. You are required to live on-site and be physically present at Agape Crete. While your “work” is digital, your life is physical. You are expected to participate in community rituals, shared meals, and occasional “all-hands” land work.
- Authenticity: You cannot document the magic if you aren’t living it. Your best content will come from the moments you share with the tribe outside of “working hours.”
Requirements (Who You Are):
- Community-Minded: You thrive in shared living environments and value deep human connection. who knows how to capture a “moment” without disrupting the energy of the room.
- Digital Marketing Mastery: Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and ROAS.
- Soulful Storytelling: Expert-level English with a gift for warm, human narrative.
- Multidisciplinary Creative: Skilled in photography/videography and editing.
