Our community has some spots for anyone interested – some paid, some not. Free accomodation and 3 daily vegetarian meals, as well as private health insurance and access to a community car, are all part of the compensation package.

- Communications Manager (The Voice): You are the lens through which the world sees Agape. You bridge the “Agape Magic” to the external world through authentic storytelling, professional content creation, and driving the “buzz” for our paid seminars. Read more about this role here.
- Operations & Inventory Manager (The Hand): You are the engine that keeps Agape running with clockwork precision. You manage daily productivity, oversee university partnerships, and act as the gatekeeper for tools and resources to ensure every hour of labor is impactful. - Generative Agriculture Manager (The Root): You are the guardian of the earth. Using Mediterranean mastery, you lead our mission for food independence and land regeneration, transforming the soil into a thriving ecosystem that feeds our community. - Maintenance Manager (The Eye): You are the fixer and the sentinel of our infrastructure. With a proactive eye, you identify and resolve issues before they become problems, ensuring our site remains safe, functional, and aesthetically beautiful. This position requires you to be in Crete. - Vegetable Garden Manager (The Seed): You are the provider of our daily bread (or greens!). You focus the “Root’s” broad vision into the practical, seasonal cultivation of our kitchen gardens, ensuring our tables are always full of life. You oversee the planning, cultivation, and maintenance of vegetable gardens to ensure optimal productivity and sustainability. This position requires you to be in Crete, living with the community. Fluency in Greek is an advantage. Good English are required.
- Community & Culture Manager (The Heart): You are the soul of the tribe and the guardian of the “Human Experience.” From welcoming guests at the airport to designing community rituals, your mission is to ensure everyone feels safe, seen, and “WOW-ed” by the magic of Agape. - Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant This is a paid part-time position (approx 10 hours/month). This role involves overseeing our preparatory accounting and organizing financial documents. The Bookkeeper is responsible for collecting and sorting invoices, preparing records for tax purposes, and maintaining accurate financial overviews. This position offers flexibility; you may live further away in Crete, provided you can be physically present every two weeks or once a week (depending on the need) to coordinate with the team. Fluency in Greek and good English are required.
Generally, any skilled and experienced craftsmen/women are more than welcome. There is a lot of work in our permaculture project and in the various construction programs for the next five to ten years.
